Meet Your Inspector
Rodriguez Inspections PLLC has been coming to life these past years as I’ve gained education and experience. In 2020, I acquired my Associate of Applied Science in Computer-Aided Drafting and Design, which includes semesters of architecture, civil engineering, and topography. I even made Phi Theta Kappa membership. I mention this because of the pride I bring with my name in doing the best job I can as a Professional Real Estate Inspector, as I am bound to do so and am willing to go beyond as the person I strive to be. Whether it be a general inspection or added with other reports, you will be better prepared for and/or more comfortable in the purchase of your new home, building, or property.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a home inspection take?
Home inspections generally take 2 to 4 hours to complete. The duration of a home inspection depends on many factors such as the size of the home, the age of the home, and the condition of the home.
Should I attend the inspection?
It is not a requirement for you to be at the inspection. I absolutely welcome and encourage you to attend! Being present during the inspection gives you a firsthand look at the property and a chance to ask questions in real time. It’s a great opportunity to learn more about your future home and understand any findings with clarity and context. For safety and liability reasons, there are just a few areas we kindly ask you not to join us:
🔹 Roof
🔹 Crawlspace
🔹 Attic
These spaces can pose risks, and we’re fully equipped to inspect them on your behalf. We’ll walk you through everything else and make sure you leave with a clear understanding of the home’s condition. Your comfort and confidence matter—so feel free to bring your curiosity and questions!
