Rodriguez Inspections PLLC

Rodriguez Inspections PLLC is a company that was just meant to be, coming to life over these past years as I gained experience through hard labor and later earned my Associate of Applied Science Degree in Computer-Aided Drafting and Design Technology, along with earning Phi Theta Kappa membership and maintaining a 3.7 GPA along the way. I feel it is important to mention this accomplishment because it reflects the pride I carry with my name and the effort I put into doing the best job I possibly can. As a Professional Real Estate Inspector and Drone Operator, I am committed to doing exactly that and willing to go above and beyond as the person I strive to be. Whether it is a professional home inspection, thermal imagery, drone mapping for raw land development, drone imagery for progress reports, finished 360° camera imagery, or even 3D model printing, we have you covered. We — Jose Ricardo, Enrique Raul, my sons, and I, Jose Raul — are a family-owned and operated company built on hard work, pride, and dedication. Please keep us in mind as we continue to grow and expand the services we offer along the way.

WE'VE got you covered!

Pre-Purchase Inspection

Pre-purchase inspection to assess property condition, identify defects, and provide a comprehensive report before closing.

Pre-Listing Inspection

Pre-listing property assessment to identify defects, condition concerns, and disclosure items before market entry.

Thermal Imaging

By visualizing heat differences, thermal imaging is excellent for non-invasively detecting hidden issues, including moisture intrusion, insulation gaps, electrical hot spots, and air leaks.

Sewer Scope Inspections

Using a camera, we to scope the sewer line to visualize any blockages that are interfering with the plumbing system’s proper drainage.

Commercial Building Inspections

Commercial building inspection forms and checklists are used to evaluate structural integrity, safety compliance, and systems functionality to prevent costly repairs and ensure safety. Key areas covered include the building envelope (roof, walls), HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.

Drone Inspections

Drone Inspections, useful in hard-to-reach areas like power lines/poles or roofs of multi-level buildings/homes, improve personnel safety because walking on a damaged roof can be costly and/or dangerous.

Drone Realty Images

Drone realty images and videos serve as powerful marketing tools, reportedly increasing listing engagement by 94% by providing unique, high-angle perspectives of a property’s layout, roof conditions, and surrounding neighborhood.

360° Panosphere

A Panosphere, or panoramic photo sphere offers a 360°, all-direction image stitched from a single viewpoint to create immersive virtual reality environments. Including the ground and sky, with no blind spots. You can look up, down, and all around as if you’re standing there.

Drone 2D Orthomosaic

A high-resolution, top-down map produced by stitching hundreds of overlapping aerial photos, corrected for perspective, camera tilt, and terrain distortion. GeoTIFFs have a consistent scale, enabling accurate on-screen measurements of distance, area, and elevation.

Drone 3D Mapping

3D Mapping Drones use RTK Photogrammetry requiring automated flight paths along with sophisticated mapping software to create precise 3D models of terrain and structures. Our Drone Mapping is of survey grade level, not to be mistaken for Licensed Surveyor Stamped/Sealed.

Drone Imagery Progress Report

Drone imagery progress reports are transforming construction management, enabling teams to monitor site development via aerial, high-resolution imagery and 3Dmodels. These reports track progress, verify subcontractor work, and identify discrepancies compared to original plans.

3D Model Printing

Physical 3D models provide a tangible, detailed view of a property, helping clients visualize layouts better than in 2D plans.

Septic Inspections

We assess the condition and performance of on-site septic systems, including tank integrity, distribution field function, and drainage.

Termite/WDI Inspections

We inspect for termite activity and WDI (Wood-Destroying Insect) damage, assessing structural integrity and risk.

Pool & Spa Inspection

Ensure the safety and compliance of your pool and spa with our comprehensive inspection services. We meticulously assess all components, identifying potential hazards and ensuring adherence to regulations for worry-free enjoyment.

Water Test

We perform comprehensive water testing for contaminants, minerals, and safety parameters to ensure potable water quality.

Why drone visual preferred:

Prevents damage to roof coverings. If shingles are dry and brittle, they can break or crack when stepped on.
The least walked on roof will last its full intended lifespan as they are not made for walking on.
With new technology, the drone, we can get a better visual from all angles offering better video of points of interest while preventing further damage to the structure.
NO EXTRA CHARGE! The drone roof inspection is not a sell-up. It is standard procedure on all home inspections with Rodriguez Inspections PLLC.
